'95 850T Jumped Time?? - Why?? 850

My son's 850T appears to have jumped time. A week ago it started fine and so he went inside to get his coffee and then returned to the car to leave for work it had stopped running.

Yesterday I drove to Knoxville to look at it. It cranks with that strange starter wine and Humpity-hump sound and pop out the tail pipe. After checking the position of the marks on the cam sprockets and crank shaft it appears it did jump time. Also did a compression test on #1 (nothing) and #2 (20 lbs)

The cam sprockets are good. The belt is not missing any teeth. Any Ideas?

What are the odds that a valve and piston did not meet each other? :)
