outside temp sensor 850 1995

After coming out of my wiring harness debacle with the dealership cleanly, the only noticible problem I have is that my car tells me that it is 124 degrees outside. We are having an indian summer here, but . . . The dealership tells me that the sensor is too close to the radiator and that it is reading the temp off of there. Can I move it myself? Where exactly is it? Any advice is appreciated.
