Oil Leak 850 1994

I have oil leaking from my engine and I discovered last night when I removed the spark plug cover it is coming from the top of the engine where a small hose is coming out from. I recently changed the PVC system (oil separator). Did I do something wrong? Could something else be forcing the oil out. Please let me know if you can help me out.
