Excellent Volvo service

To all Volvo owners,

I am a new shop foreman at a new dealership in Houston, Texas. My goal is to run the best shop in Houston eventually. We are going through alot of changes right now. I would like to gather as many suggestions for ways to give you excellent service as I can.
