In a reply to an earlier post of mine regarding a cricket sound from the glovebox, the replier mentioned that the same problem was taken care of by his dealer in accordance to a Service Advisory. What are these service Advisories and how can we find out about them? Are they listed somewhere? Do all dealers havea list of them or do they have to look somewhere to find what is recommended for certain problems? What makes me wonder about this is that I've been into service twice for this squeaking glovebox and the dealer says it is the first one he has had problems with and really has no idea how to fix it. Lubing the latch hasn't worked so far. Thanks.
