I recently developed a ticking noise that seems to go away after 5 mins of running the engine from cold. It also seems that the higher the rpm the faster it gets then quites down at around 2000rpm. I noticed the area around thge cams when looking throught the oul fillup is very caked with sludge. Nasty. Both my 240 and 740 seem alot cleaner with double the mileage. I believe the oil wasn't changed as religiously by the previous owner as I do it.


Can anyone recommend an engine flush that can clean it up?
