Dull Paint! 850 1995

I have a 1995 850 Turbo wagon with 77800 miles. It is bright red, or should I say, it should be bright red. Can anyone suggest a good cleaner, polisher, wax, that will hold up? My husband takes care of this car religiously but it seems like nothing he uses holds up for any length of time. We did have pretty good luck with a product named Collinite but if there is something better we would like to know what it is. She's a beauty when she's all shined up! Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.
