After Breather box and PCV replacement... still smoking dipstick 850 1994

Ok

I finally got tired of replacing lost oil in my daughter's 850 sedan. It was coming out the dipstick tube due to excessive engine pressure (at least that's my unprofessional opinion).

There was smoke coming out the dipstick tube (and the oil filler hole if I opened it up) with the engine running.

So I cleaned the flame trip, drilled out the plastic hole in the housing for the small vacuum hose, cleaned the throttle body and the egr hole from the intake to what I think is the egr sensor housing under the intake manifold by the throttle body. STILL a smoking dipstick!

So I took off the intake manifold and removed the breather box only to find that the system was not clogged, it had some gunk in it but the holes to the block from the breather box were pretty open. So I cleaned it all up, replaced with new breather box and hoses, reinstalled everything and STILL a smoking dipstick!

What else could be causing the excessive pressure in the engine?

thanks,

jack
