Turbo Cool Down 850 1997

We generally follow the turbo cool down (idle in driveway for a minute or two prior to shutting off the engine). My question is: if the last few miles (5 to 10 minutes of driving) is through our residential neighborhood at slow speeds, no hard acceleration, is it necessary to follow this "slow driving cool down" with another minute or two in the driveway?
