Window Fog Up S40-V40 2000

All:

I'm having a large problem with all the windows fogging up in my 2000 V40 (12K miles). Every time I turn on the heat all the windows in the car fog up. The only way to unfog them is to turn the AC on. Has anyway else had this problem or know how to fix it? Thanks.
