Passneger door hinge making popping noise when opened/closed S70 1999

I believe I've had this before but can't remember the fix. When the passenger side front door is opened or closed it "pops" with a slight "binding". It seems to me I had to remove the rubber shield from thw wind stop(if that is the correct name) then take out the hex nut which loosen the part. Then I should find another hex nut which I tighten followed by putting it back together.

Am I on the right path?
