front suspension clunk 850 1996

I have a clunking noise from the front off-side of my 1996 850. The linkage where the front anti-roll bar joins onto a vertical bar extending downwards from the front strut appears to be the culprit. The rubber gaitor on this tie bolt is split too. Is it possible for me to fit a new tie bolt or is it a dealer only job? Also will the vertical bar extending down from the strut have been damaged by the loose anti-roll bar and need replacing too?
