squeaky brakes on '96 850 wagon 850 1996

I recently replaced the rear pads and rotors on my '96 850 Turbo wagon and they now squeak ! I did not use any anti-squeal goo. Should I have ?

I bought the pads and rotors from RPR, so I believe they are of good quality. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. TIA
