Tires ,oil, and rack 850 1996

I recently purchased a 96 850 turbo wagon.I have a couple of questions. First ,the car has 205-55 tires.Would a 205-60 tire give a better,less jarring ride?Would they fit? Second,what is the ideal pressure for them...the label on the gas door is somewhat ambiguous.Second,will a roof rack make a big difference noise wise.Third,shoul I use synthetic oil? All replys would be greatly apprciated.
