Wham! Now that I've destroyed that big piece of plastic that acts as a shield to the underside of the radiator, I'm wondering what I should do to replace it. Anything? Or do one of those skid shields that ipd sells? I never thought it would happen to me, but I was in an unguarded moment getting out of a parking lot. Never saw the boulder.

Does the plastic really do anything, besides get in the way?
