Does Alpine Changer CHM-S620 fit V70R V70-XC70 1998

I have two Volvos (1993 850GLT and 1998 V70R).

The 850 does not have a CD player but I can buy an Alpine CHM-S620 which will work with the original radio cassette.

However I probably won't keep the 850 much longer so I'd like to then be able to swap the Alpine changer into the V70R (It already has an indash 3CD player but it is compatible with a 6 disk changer also).

So the question is - will the Alpine CHM-S620 work with the existing V70R radio/cassette/CD?
