Reving In Park 850 1996

When I put my 850 2.0ltr auto into park it will not idle correctly, the revs will rise and fall. However, if I dab the throttle sharply it will then idle quite happily. This problem is happening intermittently, probably about once ever couple of weeks.

I can usualy tell when its not going to idle properly in park as the revs will be higher than normal at speeds of less than 10 miles hour.
