I was wondering if any of you out there have installed the "Euro Rail" type roofrack yourself. It's the one available as a factory option but can also be put on after the fact. I know it requires popping off the pieces of black trim that runs along both side of the roof to acces the ancor points. Is it very difficult? I'm always nervous to remove those types of items. They seem to be easy to break and expensive to replace. I want to look at how the thing mounts to see if I can rig something up without dropping the $400 it costs for the rails only (no crossmembers).
