Brake Pulsing V70-XC70 1999

The other day I noticed that during lite to moderate braking, there is a very noticable, rapid pulsing. I can feel it and hear it. No warning lights or any other indication of malfunction. Car has 20k+ miles. Never driven hard. Any guidance given before I head to the dealer would be appreciated. It always helps to be prepared before I talk to the service rep.
