gas mileage with upgrades V70-XC70 1998

I have a 1998 V70R AWD, with ipd ecu, ipd dual exhaust, and turbo wastegate adjustment. My gas mileage has decreased significantly, about 21 mpg highway (@70 mph). Is anybody experiencing the same type of problem with their upgrades?
