How to replace the climate sensor by myself 850 1995

How do I replace the climate sensor (right next to driver's left ear) of my 95' 850 T-5R by myself? The small fan in the sensor makes noise and needs to be replaced.

I don't want to spend 200 on it, instead I'd like to exchange it with the one in my 94' 850 Turbo.
