Odd noise V70-XC70 1998

Replaced P/S fluid with synthetic ATF, and also replaced serp. belt. But, still get odd groaning/moaning sound when I start the car in the am. The noise lasts around 10 seconds, and doesn't return until the next am.

Could the belt tensioner be weak and allowing the serp. belt to slip?

Any other ideas?
