Changing headlight bulbs on XC70

Hi
Got a call from my wife this am to say both her lowbeam bulbs had gone out(first one went last week). It`s dark on her commute so she needed lights. The dealer is a few blocks away from her office but she has no time to stop by today.
What`s involved here in replacing these bulbs? Can`t be too difficult as she usually stops by the dealer & they replace bulbs while she waits. Any tricks?
