Oil leak, or lesser problem - I hope. 850 1996

Car: 96 Volvo 850 Turbo 40,500 miles

The check engine light is on, and there is a oily substance underneath the car on the driver side, way up front. Is that a leak from my Turbo ? Or is it power sterring, tranny ? I cant really get a good look because the belly pan is in the way. Please advise. All fluids I have checked are fine, but there is a definate small small drip under the car. Car is well maintained, it is my baby. What could this be ? Could the check engine light be unrelated to this super small drip ? Please ALL INPUT, as well as what i should expect to pay.
