fan relay fusible link 850 1996

Suddenly have no engine cooling fan, the fan and relay are <6mo old. After attempted to bypass relay to bump test fan it appears that the fusible link to large red power supply has blown. Can anyone tell me where this fusible link is located and is it easily replaced?
