Rust on Calipers C70 99

Rust is growing like fungus on my calipers

and it looks kinda crappy. I see the new C70's

have some silver looking paint or something

on the calipers.

What's the best way to remove the fungus

and coat the calipers so rust does not come back.

I see IPD has some kind of Rust-Off solvent.

Can I remove it with a dremmel tool or

wire brush so toxic solvents do not run

off and damage my clear coat wheels.
