Manual Tranny Fluid 850 1995

Want to change the tranny fluid in my 1995 855 NA 5 speed with 63K.

Would like to know any recommendations on synthetics. I am using AMSOIL engine oil and am unclear as to the correct wieght for the manual tranny fluid. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1995 NA 855 5 speed, ipd swaybars, strut tower brace, Bilstiens, 2.5 cat back exhaust, euro side markers, SS brake lines.
