Intermittent Won't Crank 850 1995

1995 855T 180K This is a new one to me. Wake up in the morning start the car no problem, then it doesn't matter if I drive it for 30 seconds or 10 minutes but once I shut the car off it will not crank. I have to wait approximately 15-30 minutes and then the car will crank and start normally. Condition continues to repeat itself throughout the day which makes any "quick stops" impossible. Any thoughts on where to start? Battery, starter, connections to starter, relay of some sort?

Would appreciate your thoughts.
