Buying AWD V70. What should I look for?

As mentioned, I'm looking to buy a used V70 AWD (not really sure which trim or year).

I'm not an expert on cars so I was wondering if anyone can tell me of certain things to look for that might indicate problems with these cars. I've heard of people saying that some AWD suffer from vibration but I'm not really sure what to look for.

Any suggestions? Thanks, Mike
