Jack stand 21" what is the best way to get car up ? 850 1994

I have a floor jack but I do not think it will jack the car up 21"

for my jack stand to fit under it.. Just bought 2 jack stand today...

I like to know what is the best way to get the car up that high 21" maxium room so I can work under the car??

Should I put some wooden block under my floor jack to get it up taller ??

safe way to do this ???
