Here is the problem...hope someone can help. I recently bought a 95 850 Turbo. The previous owner carried a bowling ball on his key ring (I think) and it caused some slop in the ignition switch. So the dealer, who is very good at standing by his used cars is going to have the ignition switch replaced for me. Not at a Volvo Dealer. If I understand correctly the battery will have to be disconnected. Therein lies the problem. The owners manual says that the stereo will require the input of a code if power is interrupted to it, i.e. disconnecting the battery. I went through all of the paperwork and don't see a code listed. HELP. What do I do to make sure that the great stereo works after the ignition switch is replaced.
