Interior rooflight replacement? 850 1996

I have a broken switch at the interior rooflight in my 96 Volvo 850 STD SDN. I found that "homer" posted the same question and there seem to be 10 responses. But I couldn't access to those files.

Could anyone tell me where I can get the part(I don't want to pay $75 for the part at the dealershop.)and whether I can do the replacement by myself? If so, how? Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.
