ABS / TRACS - Error code 141 850 1995

The TRACS system has stopped working even though the TRACS light on the dashboard switches off after the car is started. ABS works fine under moderate use, but when I brake VERY hard or long, both TRACS and ABS lights switch on. By the way, there is no sound that the car usually makes after it reaches 30kph from the selfdiagnostic test.

The error code (thanks to the forum for letting me know how to check codes) is 1-4-1.

Any ideas what it is and how it can be fixed ?
