How do you remove this interior panel? V70-XC70 2000

2000 V70 SE. Panel between the visors containing map lights, etc...

Does this hinge on the front or rear? Do I just pry it with a screwdriver? Do I need to remove the light assembly first? Are their clips to worry about?

(The white line in the image is the string holding a tennis ball so my wife doesn't take out the garage.)
