Tranny Problems 850 1995

Hi all...weird tranny problem tonight on the wat to party.

All of a sudden, arrow light comes on. Loose 1st gear..feels like no power. Alos, loose overdrive....70 mph at 3k rpm..tooo high.

Leave party...start car..light is off...1st gear fine, on arrow light..any idea?
