TIMING BELT 850 1996

I UNDERSTAND THAT THE TIMING BELT GETS CHANGED AT 70,000 MILES, I CURRENTLY HAVE ABOUT 65,000 MILES ON MY 850 SEDAN NON-TURBO.

HOW MUCH DOES THIS REPAIR COST? I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT THERE IS ONE OTHER BELT ON THE CAR THAT SHOULD BE REPLACED AT THE SAME TIME .IS THIS FACT AND WHAT TYPE OF BELT IS THIS AND HOW MUCH DOES THIS COST?

I USE A INDEPENDENT VOLVO ONLY REPAIR SHOP.

THE BOOK SAYS TO DO THE OTHER BELT AT 60,000 MY GUY TOLD ME TO WAIT UNTIL 70,000 MILES AND DO THEM BOTH AT THE SAME TIME.
