V70 with 3rd row seat- How to Access Rear Shock Mount?? V70-XC70 2000

I have a 2000 V70 wagon with the 3rd row seat option.

I have new rear shocks to replace along with new top shock mounts.

Between the 2nd row and the 3rd row seats is where the shock mounts are located ( one on the right and one on the left). How do I pull up/off the floor section lying between the 2nd and 3rd row seats? I have got to get this off to get to the shock mounts. I tried pulling- but it is somehow secured- I just cannot see or feel how.

I understand there may be two (2) bolts that need to come out to release the floor section- How do I access these two bolts??
