bumper guard V70-XC70 2001

i got bumped in the rear bumper of my 2001 V70 XC. car parked behind me had a metal license plate frame with iron screws. it left 2 very noticible scratches on my bumper. is there a good fix for these types of scratches, or any bumper guard out there i can use to prevent this from happening again?
