Fuel Pump/Relay Question 850 1995

Have either fuel pump relay or fuel pump problem. Pump relay has 4 x spade connections #'s 87, 15, 31, 31b. Appreciate advice on which connections to jump to determine if the pump is working or if problem is with the relay.
