CFI Motorsports VS IPD Strut Tower Brace 850 1994

I'm looking to improve the handling of my car and thought this was an easy way to improve the cornering and overall performance of my vehicle. Is this the best place to start? I've already put better tires on.

And what’s the difference between these braces, besides IPD's brace being $70 more. I don't care about how good the brace itself looks I want the one that will give me the best performance. If someone has already put one of these braces on and feels it did nothing for the performance of the vehicle let me know!
