Vibration when accelerating S60 2002

Hi,

I just test drove a 2002 S60 non-turbo for my son. The car seemed to be in very good condition with 100k on the odometer. The engine idled and revved smoothly when in park. In drive, the car accelerated fine. the only issue was that when I would try to accelerate from a cruising speed there would be a vibration that seemed to be coming from the transmission but when stopped accelerating the vibration would go away. Should we consider the car or move on? Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
