Battery and other lights on V70-XC70 1999

All,

I had scary moment about 1 hr ago. After I drove about 10 miles, the battery light came on first and then brake, traction control, and ABS lights all turned on. Stoped on the shoulder for a while and could not find any hint. So I decided to continue with emergency lights flashing (at about 50 mph). No issue with car performance, both engine and braking system. After another 10 miles, the battery light turned off; but other lights stayed on. after I restarted the car at the gas station, all lights were turned.

This is definitely an early warning. Have not got a chance to check error code(s) yet. What should I look, alternator?
