A/C blower fan not working 850 1994

The blower fan on 1994 Volvo 850 stopped working.

Recerculation light and the aircondition light blink for 30 t0 45 seconds and than the air light will stay on.

Fuses are OK. Can anyone point me to some link or documentation that deals with troubleshooting this issue. Much appreciated!

I suspect the motor itself, or some component near it, like the resistor.
