Headlight Bulb Replacement V70-XC70 2005

2005 XC70. How do you change the passenger side dipped headlight bulb? I removed the rubber snap-on cover and can see the bulb with a mirror and can just touch it with a fingertip but there is insufficient room to replace the bulb. Does the ECMs box have to be first removed or can the headlight assembly be brought forwards to give more room? Manual shows a different headlight bulb installation to what I have. I did the driver's side dipped headlight bulb earlier and that required the air filter and housing to be removed first. This so unlike my previous S70.
