rear seat adj V70-XC70 2000

My 2000XC SE had one of the rear seat bottoms replaced due to my dealers

@#@# up in Sept. the seat was replaced last week. (Yes a bit of a pain)

Anyway after I had my car back for a week I have noticed the the larger portion of the rear seat, the passenger side, seems to be a bit out of line with the smaller, drivers, side. The places where this is noticable are the seat edge, where the the two meet, the passenger side sticks out about a cm or 1/2" farther. The other spot is where the seat belt buckels come through, this spot also seems to be off by the same amount.

Can this be adjusted? Can the screws on the under side of the black plastic seat bottom/holder be loosened and then the seat reposistioned?

Do I have to go back to my dealer who couldn't seems to order the parts, then didn't order the correct parts, twice, then wouldn't call me back, the one that would bring the car out telling me it was ready and it was not, twice. Do I have to bring it back to them? :( Thanks for your help.
