turbo removal.. any advice??? 850 97

this weekend i will attempt to remove the turbo on my 850 glt wagon. it has given me 100,000 miles but it is time to replace it. for those of you who have removed turbos on the 850 what do i need to look out for? is it a very hard procedure? i have been told that it is pretty straight foward but i wanted a few more people to share experiences with me.

if you could give many any advice that would be great.
