No Start 850

Last night I finished a PCV job on my 94 840 n/a 5 speed and while I had the fuel rail off I replaced all the fuel injectors. I also replaced all the plugs with copper plugs. Now the car will NOT start. It turns over, but it feels like there is no spark. I hear the fuel pump running. Also, I don't get any codes so I don't think its the cap position sensor. Anyone have any suggestions?
