A low fan like sound seems to be coming from center console area. It goes away and stays away only after reving engine to over 3k rpm. Car runs great.

...and yes while fan is off.

I just replaced heater core, T and S belts. Pulleys are quiet.
I thought it would be the heater core, but if I pince a heater hose line, the noise continues.
