850 Turbo engine vs 850 R engine 850 1997

I think I asked this before but didn't really get a response. I have a '97 850R wagon that has no compression in 2 cylinders. I have found locally a '96 Turbo wagon...ironically the same color combination...with 112K miles that has been wrecked in the front but the engine still runs/car drives. What differences are there between the two motors mechanically? I of course would put my intake manifold on it and use my turbo and MAF unit. I would rather switch out the entire motor than I would tear this one apart and find that there is internal damage that I don't know about.

I appreciate any and all ideas and thoughts!
