After I fixed my wifes 1995 850 turbo w/ multiple codes, I noticed another problem w/ the car. The past 3 days when she drives her car, there is coolant leak coming from the air pipe ( the one on top of the throttle body). I pressure tested the car 2X and it holds pressure up to 12 psi for up to 20 mins. Before I did a pressure test I checked the floor both driver/passenger side thinking it was the heater core but the floor was dry and there was no "fog" on my windshield. I also checked the oil/ and Transmission fluid both was not contaminated w/ water. Also while their is leak on the air pipe, the temp. gauge on the dash board is at 9 o'clock which is normal. I have also noticed that there are tiny bubbles on my coolant reservoir but the coolant is clean w/out any oil.Earlier tonight I drained the radiator ( only 1 gal came out) and refilled really slow to avoid trapping any air. After I have poured 1 gal. of coolant the reservoir was already full. Started the engine and it idled for about 25 mins but the coolant never went below the max. on the reservoir. Can anyone have any suggestions as to why my radiator has only 1 gal. capcity instead of 7 liters/ volvo manual? Again thank you in advance.
